How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-4 business days with tracking. US delivery usually takes 8-15 days. Order by December 1 to have it before Christmas.
Does it fit under a helmet with goggles?
Yes. The knit is thin enough to sit under a helmet and the mesh eye panel goes behind your goggles. The long neck tucks into your jacket collar.
Can I actually see through it?
Yes. The eye panel is a fine see-through mesh. You see out clearly, and from the outside it reads as the character's eyes.
How warm is it?
It is a single-layer windproof knit, like a classic balaclava. It blocks the wind on the lift and keeps your face covered. On the coldest days, wear a neck gaiter underneath.
Are the curlers, hats and pearls real?
No. Hair, curlers, caps and jewelry are all part of the print. The mask itself is a smooth one-piece stretch hood, so it still fits under a helmet.
Is the face a real person?
No. Every face is an original illustration printed on the mask.
Can I mix faces in a pack?
Yes. Pick a pack size, then choose a face for each mask. The pack price applies automatically in the cart across any mix of faces.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or iron the print.
What if it does not fit or the print is not right?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. No return shipping needed. See the Returns page.
