We collect only what is needed to process and ship your order and to answer your messages: your name, shipping address, email, phone number if you give one, and order details. We do not sell personal information.
Payment details are handled by the checkout provider (Shopify Payments or PayPal) and are never stored by us. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party supplier who receives your name and shipping address to deliver the parcel.
Our store runs on Shopify, which stores order and customer data on our behalf. Standard analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used; you can manage them in the cookie settings or your browser.
